Where are you located?

How do I schedule a tour?

What grade levels do you serve?
St. Joan of Arc Parish School serves students in 3K through 8th grade. We offer full-day and half-day preschool options, elementary education, and middle school preparation in a faith-filled environment.
Do you accept new students throughout the year?
Yes. We offer rolling admission throughout the school year as space allows. Families interested in enrolling after the start of the school year are encouraged to contact the school office to discuss availability.
How do I apply?

Can my child shadow for a day?
Yes. Prospective students in appropriate grade levels may have the opportunity to spend part of a school day with us to experience classroom life, meet students, and learn more about our community.

Do you participate in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program?
Yes. St. Joan of Arc Parish School participates in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP), which allows eligible families to attend our school tuition-free. Eligibility is based on residency and household income requirements established by the State of Wisconsin.
How do I apply for the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program?
Families may apply online through the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction during the annual application period. Our enrollment team is happy to guide families through the application process and answer any questions.
Do you offer tuition assistance?
Yes. We believe every family who desires a Catholic education should have the opportunity to explore available financial assistance options.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Families may choose from available payment plan options to spread tuition payments throughout the school year. Our business office is happy to discuss the plan that best fits your family's needs.
Student Life
What are the school hours?
The school day begins at 7:45 a.m. and ends at 2:45 p.m. Half-day 3K and 4K students are dismissed at 11:35 a.m.
Do you offer before and after school care?
Yes. Students may be dropped off as early as 7:00 a.m. After-school care is available until 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 4:30 p.m. on Fridays for an additional fee.
Do you provide transportation or busing?
St. Joan of Arc Parish School does not provide transportation. However, some local public school districts may offer transportation or parent contracts for eligible students. Families should contact their local school district for more information.
Do students wear uniforms?
Yes. Students in grades 1–8 wear approved school uniforms. Uniforms help promote school pride, respect, and a positive learning environment. Students in 3K–5K may wear comfortable, age-appropriate clothing.
Do students attend Mass?
Yes. Faith is at the heart of everything we do. Students attend school Mass weekly and participate in prayer, religious instruction, service opportunities, and other faith-filled experiences throughout the year.

Do you offer hot lunch?
Yes. St. Joan of Arc offers a lunch program featuring meals from local restaurant partners several days each week. Families may also choose to send a lunch from home.
What opportunities do students have to serve others?
Students are encouraged to live their faith through service. Opportunities include school and parish service projects, community outreach activities, and participation in programs such as Mini Vinnies.
Is technology used in the classroom?
Yes. Technology is integrated into classroom instruction to support learning, creativity, collaboration, and digital citizenship while maintaining a balanced educational experience.
Are Special Education Services Available?
St. Joan of Arc Parish School is committed to helping every student succeed. Our teachers work closely with families to provide individualized support, small-group instruction, and classroom accommodations when appropriate. Additional academic support may be available through our reading and math intervention programs.
