Meet our Athletic Director

Alyssa Hughes

As the Athletic Director at St. Joan of Arc, I am passionate about creating positive athletic experiences that help students grow in confidence, character, teamwork, and faith.

My background in athletics spans every level of competition. I played NCAA Division II collegiate soccer before coaching at the college, high school, middle school, and youth levels. These experiences have shaped my coaching philosophy and commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the field.

In addition to serving as Athletic Director, I coach the St. Joan of Arc Cross Country and Track & Field teams. I enjoy helping young athletes discover their potential while fostering a love for competition, perseverance, and personal growth.

My husband and I live in Oconomowoc with our children, who proudly attend St. Joan of Arc. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing soccer, and participating in local 5K races. I am grateful to be part of the St. Joan of Arc community and look forward to supporting our students as they grow through athletics.
