About Us
St. Joan of Arc Parish School is a 3k-8 Catholic school located in beautiful Lake Country. We are a fully accredited school affiliated with the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and welcome students of all backgrounds.
Our foundation is rooted in faith, fellowship, and family. We believe that through these roots, we are able to nurture each student to develop the compassion and confidence needed to navigate our complex world. Our passion and priority is to provide a balanced moral and academic education which develops our students into future leaders. With this foundation, we strive to mirror the life and legacy of Jesus.
Our school day runs from 7:40 a.m. until 2:45 p.m. There is also a half-day option for 3K and 4K that runs 7:40 until 11:35 a.m. daily. Student lunch and recess is from 11:35-12:15 on all full school days. Hot lunch is available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday on full school days. Children may be dropped off as early as 7 a.m. Extended care is available daily from 2:45 until 5:00 p.m. (4:30 on Fridays) and is provided through the school.

Thanks to the snowy weather today, our students enjoyed a private showing of The Dinosaur Play at First Stage. They had a great time at the interactive performance!
Our students are so excited to take the Kids' Heart Challenge with the American Heart Association! Today was their kick-off assembly and our Jump Rope for Heart and Hoops for Heart event is later this month.

It is with great sadness that we must share that Father Mike passed away this afternoon. Funeral arrangements are pending and we will communicate plans as soon as they are finalized. May he now rest in peace.

Mrs Cerveny and Father Yamid were so pleased to be present to welcome our new Archbishop Jeffrey Grob to the Archdiocese of Milwaukee as our 12th Archbishop. Thank you to our retiring Archbishop Jerome Listecki for his service to the Church. It is a wonderful, exciting day as we begin this next part of our journey with our new shepherd. Praise God!

Our 7th and 8th graders are creating a project like the Japanese art of kintsugi. In our faith, we know that though we all are sinners and experience brokenness, God's love and forgiveness makes us whole again and makes things even more beautiful. Stay tuned for the results of their project next week.
Today, St. Joan of Arc became a polling place. Students voted for whether to have a chocolate chip or sugar cookie with lunch tomorrow. They created IDs, signed in, took their ballots to voting stations, and received their "I voted" stickers. The results are in a recount as the initial vote showed just 1 vote between the two candidates. Stay tuned to learn the results of this official election for a school favorite lunchtime treat.

There is just something unique about St Joan of Arc. Kids can be kids and our 3 year olds can play with our 13 year olds. Today our middle school students taught JK kids to play Ring Around the Rosie. So sweet!
So much fun at the pumpkin farm yesterday, complete with horses and chickens!
Yesterday our students tested out different concentrations of bubble solutions and then tested which would make the biggest bubbles. Learning can be so much fun!
Today SK made pumpkin pudding pie among their studies and activities. Sometimes learning can be delicious!
One of the most important things we can instill in our students is a sense of service to our community. Just over a week ago Mrs Wilson's students were eager to help when we needed it by doing all of the lunchroom cleaning and emptying the trash for the school. They were thanked with a little treat in the teachers' lounge. Thank you for leading by example, 7th and 8th graders!
